All GPAR Members ->> Need Help

I have some buyers that needs a home just like everyone else but I am taking a chance here.
Here goes!!!


  1.  I have a buyer her top end is $160,000 in all areas, She loves Blackfoot but she open at this point.
  2.  I have three buyers that want acreages built a shop or a home with a shop; One can go up to $650, one can go up to $500,000 and third is at $250,000 fixer upper is fine ( crazy fixer upper at $250,000 )
  3.  I need something in American Falls up to $300,000 less would be better of course
  4.  I need something in the highland area up to $280,000
  5.  I have investors looking for fixer uppers, duplex, four plex any up to 100 units.
