Please share this information with everyone in your office. 

 

Warranty Deeds without signatures will be accepted ONLY for Friday closings. Attached is a copy of the Utility Billing Application that can be filled out with the new owners name/names that are on the Warranty Deed. We also do require a copy of the Driver’s License of those on the Warranty Deed. Changing Utility Services on Friday’s will need to be done by 11am in order to get services changed by 11:30. Please email a copy of the signed Warranty Deed to utilitybilling at cityofchubbuck.us once it is available.  Thank you for your time and help.
