I just listed my own home at 1720 Satterfield.  I know buyers in this price
range will want and expect at least a three car garage, so please let them
know although its a two bay garage its deep on both sides.  If your buyers
just want more garage space it might work, its about 36 feet deep.  It
provides the same amount of space as many three car garages and is filled
with shelving for lots of storage. There is enough room to fit about 8
Smart cars; what else could you ask for?
