Hi Ladies-
How can I find a list of committees and their functions? Also, who is on them?
I had another SC agent in IF enter my listing into SRMLS so it could feed to Zillow (my seller insisted). We filled out the RE16a to list him as the co agent and he put me in their agent notes as the co agent and to send all inquiries/offers too-their MLS does not allow that.
We do. I see it all the time with KW Idaho Falls agents-Shane Anderson has been listing several properties for Aaron Rupp and a few others I cant name off the top of my head.
I am going to have to join their MLS and pay their monthly fee-something we should consider doing as well-
Who do I express thisconcern too?
