GPAR Members only->> Need a unique lender

I have a great buyer and a great property.
Investor looking to buy a duplex in great condition that cash flows.
Inspections are done, repairs are complete, appraisal has been done value
is good. Underwriter did not like the comparables because the duplex is in
a commercial location and denied the loan.
If anybody has any ideas of a good lender that will look at unique
properties or private lenders let me know. We are ready to close.
