Buyers have given me permission to explain this is due to last minute
devastating health news that requires them to be close to treatment in
Oregon.
Home will be relisted at 295k.
Inspection by Randy Stewart will be released, along with reinspect. Septic
was pumped Tuesday. All reports will be released to buyer. It also comes
with a 12 month home warranty that'll be transferred to new buyer. I am in
the process of filling out docs now. If you have anyone interested please

Buyers agent will receive 3% fee. This is devastating for them considering
the home just closed yesterday so a swift and clean sale would be a God
