The house my sister is renting is being sold.  So they need to find a
rental with two bedrooms for $740/month or less.  They are on Pocatello
housing so your rent is pretty much guaranteed.  If anyone has something in
a relatively nice neighborhood and not in a complex please let me know.
They really want a house.  She rescued the last yard from weeds and put in
a nice little garden. She will take care of it.
